Rest & Receive Retreat

for BIPOC

Co-creating joy in body to guide us towards embodying our truth, creativity & sensuality.

❋ Connection to Self

How do we create moments of joy to facilitate inner connection with ourselves, particularly in our relationship to rest and receiving?

❋ Connection to Others

How might we create space for community connection to embody and experience belonging?

❋ Connection to Land

Being held by the land offers deep release and root chakra liberation.

❋ Connection to Spirit & Ancestors

When we are divinely guided and heal ourselves within community, there is opportunity for generational healing, too.

Where spirituality & sensuality meet

A somatic alchemy of ritual, embodiment, & community.

A soft landing place where People of the Global Majority can be witnessed, seen, & held.

What to Expect

  • Divine Guidance

    SPIRIT

The belief that we are divinely guided. When we are walking in alignment with our path, the clearer our path becomes.

  • Embodiment

    BODY

Our bodies hold our stories, truths, knowledge, wisdom, imprints, and lineages. Each body has a unique language or code. Once we learn our unique body language, we can begin to integrate the messages & feel safe to settle into self- intimacy, rest, play, pleasure, and sensuality,

  • Autonomy

    INDIVIDUAL

It’s okay to be you. Our inner reality shapes our external reality.

Each of us have space to choose and consent: Choice to opt in, opt out, or create something completely different to support our highest individual transformation and generational liberation. It is safe to interrupt/disrupt cycles across our lineages.

  • Community

    COLLECTIVE

We deserve to be witnessed, seen, and held. There is power in expressing our truth, voice, and creations in safe community. We belong.

Juhee's offerings are exactly what I needed as I navigated a big life transition. The space Juhee facilitated was warm, inviting, and restorative. Wow! Talk about a sacred space. I felt held and taken care of in ways BIPOC don’t always have access to in incorporating props into the practice to make it accessible for all bodies and abilities. They are intentional about centering the group’s needs. I recommend this experience for anyone craving community, body movement, and sanctuary.
